Bachelorette party in Disneyland!
Bride: Lauren
Mother of the Bride: Kim
Maid of Honor: Courtney
Bridesmaids: Jessica, Charity and Jennie
Friend of the Bride: Me!
In case anyone got confused, we had all our titles on the back of our shirts while walking through Disney =) Day one was pink and day two was yellow, obviously Lauren's wedding colors.
Random person in Disney: "Why aren't you a bridesmaid? Just a friend of the bride?"
Me: "She has plenty of maids, but just one friend. Plus, I wanted to wear the shoes and dress that I wanted." Hah!
Lauren, Jessica and I were on the dance team together in high school and Lauren's mom, Kim, was our dance team coach. Courtney and Charity are Lauren's sisters and Charity is starting her freshman year of high school this year and will also be on the dance team. Jennie and Lauren met in college and were on the college dance team together. This was definitely a fun girly dance filled weekend!

Like all other bachelorettes, we had to get Lauren to find unsuspecting individuals (*cough*cuteboys*cough*) to do things for her. She had tons of beads to give away to all the people who helped her.
We Googled things for bachelorettes to do and one thing was to find a person with muscles and have the bachelorette squeeze his bicep. The second we saw this guy in line, we knew it had to be him.
Lauren: "Hi, one of the things I need to do as a bachel-"
Juicehead already posing for the picture: "Okay!"
Lauren also rubbed a bald man's head and got someone to serenade her - he sang A Whole New World!
She traded hats with someone, Eliot.
She also got someone, a Disney employee, to help her practice walking down the isle.
This one was the absolute best! We were walking through the park and thinking of cute boy names and started yelling them out. Jennie was yelling "Brad", someone was yelling "Brandon", and I was yelling "Cameron". I knew someone needed to help her walk down the isle and when I saw this guy with his cart of light up roses, I knew it had to be him. Jennie ran up to him and noticed his name was Cameron and FREAKED OUT! Lauren grabbed one rose and he practiced walking with her for about 10 feet. Then, some other Disney employee walked up yelling, "no no no no!" For a second I thought we were in trouble. Instead, she grabbed a whole bunch of roses, lit them up and handed them all to Lauren to properly walk down the isle. So.incredibly.funny!
Disneyland and California Adventure was so much fun! We stopped in Hollywood on the way home so Lauren could find Marilyn Monroe's hand and foot prints and put her hands there. This picture is for my dad. I just wonder why Bullet didn't get to put his feet prints there!
Goodbye Hollywood, Disneyland, and LA! See you next time!
Her: A sleep deprived, slightly neurotic, knitting labor and delivery nurse. Him: A fun loving 9-year-old video game junkie trapped in an adult's body. She tries to get him to grow up, and he reminds her how to stay young... Two peas in a pod.
