I'm trying out a new sleep schedule. Other than infants, who else does that? I work from 11p-7:30a, sleep from 8:30/9 until 4-6p and stay awake until work. I used to sleep for 3-5 hours after work, clean/do errands/hw in the afternoon, then nap again for 2-4 hours before work. I looooove getting 7+ hours of continuous sleep and so far, no 4am lag at the end of my shift. Loving this so far, hoping this sleep schedule will stick.
